"Love what you do! Do what you love!"

These are the people whose art inspires me every day!
Martin Abel - Martin is the king of original art, as far as I'm concerned. What he considers a sketch, most would consider a finished masterpiece. His physical art is so crisp, so clean, so friggin' perfect, that some part of me believes he must be an artist-robot-god-cyborg sent back from the future to rock the artistic world of the past. Add to that his complete mastery of digital art, and you have the makings of one of the best, period.
Matt Mendez - I fell in love with art all over again when I discovered Matt's art. His style is smooth and full of life, captivating your attention right from the get-go. His original character designs are my favorite, as they are chock-full of personality. One day his comic idea Radio City is going to be actualized and be the best damned comic book you ever held in your hands!
Bryan Baugh - Bryan writes/draws one of my all-time favorite comics out there, Wulf and Batsy. Not only is the story one of the most fun you'll ever read, his solid black and white style is some of the best damn art you'll enjoy in a comic book. Add on top of that the fact that he's an all-around great guy, and you have the makings of an art god.
Josh Howard - I had fallen out of love with comic books at some point, not really finding something engaging and fresh. And then I discovered Josh Howard's work. His style is crisp, interesting, and best of all, he knows how to write a good story! Many know him as the creator of Dead@17, but my personal favorite series so far has been The Lost Books of Eve.
David Hartman - One hell of a nice guy, David's art was what pulled me back into loving the macabre after such a time apart. Every time he draws, some gruesome and hideous monster gets its fangs, or something. Yes, he's that awesome.
J. Scott Campbell - I credit Jeff as the man who made me fall in love with art. His cover for Army of Darkness #1 was the image that did it, and it remains to this day my all-time favorite comic book cover. Undoubtedly the man against whom all pin-up style artists are measured, Jeff remains a very cool guy, in spite of the mainstream status he's achieved.
Stephen Silver - I have to credit Stephen as the man who made me want to draw. When I took breaks as an intern for Toyota, I would use his art as reference when I tried to teach myself to draw. He's a very hardworking man with a great attitude and outlook on life; he can inspire like no other.
Daniel Arcand - I met Dann during my Internet travels, and fell madly in love with his retro style. His way of looking at ordinary people and objects intrigued me, and I studied his art religiously, trying to distill his style into my own. He was my teacher for a time, and I'm very proud to count him among my friends.
Bruce Timm - I was so in love with Batman: The Animated Series growing up, but back then I had no idea Bruce was the man behind the catchy style. I only discovered his art after so many other artists I loved cited him as a heavy influence. It felt like art-wise I was coming full-circle, back home to something familiar. Unbeknown to me at the time, he was probably the initial reason I love the art styles that I do, and so I owe him much thanks.
